In case you request we will provide you with details about the appropriate regulations.

With contacting us you deemed to have accepted and understood, that your question(s) might be answered only if you have contributed to the operation of this website through our donation process. A sum of £5.00 fee payment is mandatory, without the fee we are not in the position to provide a reply to your question(s). However we reserve the right to answer any question without donation or considering the type of the question, your financial situation to reimburse the donation.

With contacting us you deemed to have accepted and understood that all expenses and fees related to your case have to be paid by you. You are obliged to pay any costs, fees regarding to your case and EJ is not liable whatsoever to pay any court or other authority’s procedural fee or reimburse you if you are obliged to pay any amount arises regarding to your case.

By contacting us you accept, that we are not obliged to answer your question and we can refuse to advise you at any time without explanation or without any reason. You understand that unless we agree separately we are not liable whatsoever for the accuracy of our advice.

With contacting us you deemed to have accepted that we cannot deal with your case longer than 30 minutes. Hence in case you have contributed to the operation of this website your donation covers 30 minutes work.

In case of:

-       tax advice

-       incorporation of a company

-       registration as a sole trader

-       providing registered office address

-       ongoing accounting services

-       handling your case

-     answering follow up question 

the donation will be negotiated separately.

Our liability to you
